When Job was afflicted with horrible things in his life he was without an earthly friend. Job had "clean hands" meaning he lived a pure and holy life, he was innocent. Job seemed to be forsaken by God, yet he had total faith God would restore him. Job is a great example of how we should handle difficulties in our lives. Hold firm in your trust in God and He will come through. No matter how bad things get or how much we lose or get hurt God has the power to completely restore us.
